"Wonderful experience and a very friendly and helpful staff! Gave us good recommendations on food and stuff to do. The only con to this stay was pretty minor — The toilet and shower are separated by only a curtain and water from the shower easily splashes out. Everything else was lovely. Bed was super comfy with full and fluffy pillows "

Breakfast included that was a huge buffet - complimentary coffee in lobby and in the room was a surprise. First location in 2 weeks in Switzerland where I didn’t have to pay for coffee. "I liked the hotel but what really stood out to me was the bar tender on the main floor Maximillian. He was excellent in customer service really made us feel welcome and he was excellent at his craft. He was the highlight of our stay there and the rest of the bar staff was good too. "

"Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with. "

"I was originally skeptical about staying in a capsule for the night, but it was actually really nice. Check in is done on a tablet, and there's always a host to help in case anything goes wrong. The Capsule is decently spacious; I was even able to hold my suitcase and 2 bags in there and still have enough space for myself to comfortably sleep. The loudest it ever got was people opening and closing the door to the room with the capsules. The showers and bathrooms are also really nice. "
